Operations Assistant

We are an Internet Service Provider looking for operations assistance from a smart, high energy candidate with some relevant experience.

You are a versatile operations person who can:
1) quickly learn how to bill of our customers for the work we do for them. It’s not super simple, which is why we are looking for someone who can add value to this process. We don’t just want a “billing clerk.”
2) handle some general office tasks
3) talk with customers to provide them with information about our services
4) provide backup for our customer field team scheduling coordinator working with our team and customers to make sure we plan our jobs correctly and get our field team to the right places at the right times
5) handle small well-defined projects to get, for example, a small service implemented at our company
6) take responsibility for things - for example, managing inventory. You have a process-focused view and can define success, own the process of getting there and reach our goals

You
1) like to interface/talk with customers and are a communicator
2) are familiar with technical terms like router, modem and kilobit per second and excited to learn more
3) are VERY customer satisfaction focused and comfortable with the customer is always right mentality
4) are flexible and able to work 10-20 hours/week and maybe more
5) are very comfortable at a computer and with typing
6) may have been out of the workforce for a while but had some significant responsibilities in the past and are interested in jumping back in
7) can do the details but can also work at a more abstract level if needed

We:
• Are really a great group to work with and pretty flexible on time off and hours
• Need you to be in the office in Colfax 80% of the time with some night time or weekend hours at home.
• Provide partial health care coverage once you are an employee
• Have a nice office in a great location
• Need help right away but can wait a few weeks if you need to get out of something else
• Have a product that people love and WANT to buy!
• Are growing! This could turn into more after a few months especially if you can manage/ lead.
