Crescent Processing Company is seeking to fill the positions for National Sales Manager. Our desired candidates are individuals who are highly motivated to succeed, driven to be the best at what they do and have excellent communication skills face to face and over the phone. Candidates must have experience in inside or outside sales with small to medium sized businesses. We are looking for professional results oriented, aggressive, closers that are expert negotiators and are up to the challenge of building, motivating and growing an outside sales team.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop, manage, and train a national sales team of approximately 10-20 outside sales representatives in the payment processing industry
• Assist in meeting and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly goals and sales quotas
• Manage the entire Crescent Processing sales process – from sale of account to activating of account - no account management or customer service!
• Work in a collaborative team environment with other sales managers

• Undergraduate degree or 5+ years of related management experience

Crescent Processing offers an excellent compensation and benefits package that includes the following:

• $50,000 starting base salary with yearly increases to base salary based upon performance
