We have a field position available as a Level 3/4, Senior Project Supervisor. The Level 3/4 Senior Project Supervisor has the responsibility of supervising and working closely and efficiently with his/her assigned Field resources and personnel and the customer on our customer’s job-site. The Level 3/4 Senior Project Supervisor is responsible for their team’s safety and welfare, training, installation practices, inventory management, housekeeping, and maintenance of product, tools and equipment in a manner consistent with the Company’s service and safety objectives. They are also required to act in a cost-conscious and responsible manner in regards to travel, lodging, and purchases in conjunction with their jobs.

5-10 years of experience in the carpentry environment
Advanced knowledge of tools and equipment
Understanding of standard and metric units of measure
4-6 years of supervisory responsibility of direct labor
Certified on the operation of forklifts and other lift equipment
Proficient in all areas listed below:
Mechanical – hand tools, power tools, jobsite equipment, etc.
Fixtures – cabinets, shelving, gondola, slat wall, etc.
Millwork – trim, baseboards, crown, etc.
Advanced understanding of reading floor plans
Advanced ability to understand the scope of work, estimate the time involved, and take initiative with fundamental scheduling changes to minimize cost and time
OSHA 10 and 30 Certification, Forklift, Scissor Lift, Order Picker, Reach Truck and Towing Trailers, First Aid and Bloodborne Pathogens, CPR and AED training required
Advanced skills in leadership
Ability to work on a team and follow direction from others and give direction
Ability to take initiative and ownership of work
Ability to work with different people in various roles
Advanced customer service skills
Advanced knowledge of the operation of their assigned laptop, software (Outlook, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Windows, and photo management) camera, printer, cell phone

Flexibility- the ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
Core Strength- the ability to use your abdominal and lower back muscles to support part of the body repeatedly or continuously over time without “giving out” or fatiguing
Muscle Strength- ability to lift weight up to 50 pounds unassisted with arms and legs without difficulty or strain
Manual Dexterity- the ability to quickly and accurately use your hand, or two hands to grasp, manipulate, or assemble objects
Dynamic Strength- the ability to exert muscle force repeatedly or continuously over time. This involves muscular endurance and resistance to muscle fatigue (example: standing for a long period of time)
